Northstar Commercial Partners is an American commercial real estate investment company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Founded by Brian Watson in 2000, the company acquired a troubled commercial real estate or vacant property and rehabilitated them for rent or use.

Watson is a former manager and director at Cushman & amp; Wakefield. In 2014, Northstar founded the Educational Opportunity Fund, a $ 100 million real estate investment fund to identify and restore old retail or educational buildings, which were then hired to rent schools.
