Connie Colla is a multi-million dollar real estate broker for the Launch of Real Estate Agents in Scottsdale, Arizona. He specializes in residential real estate. He is a former television and host newscaster. He has anchored in San Diego, Phoenix, and Philadelphia, and has been filling in Weekend Today on NBC. Colla also plays a television reporter on Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jaime Foxx and Gerard Butler.

Connie Colla is a member of the National Association of Realtors and National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, and is a former board member for Ronald McDonald's House Charities of Phoenix and Associated Services for the Blind in Philadelphia. Most other charity work focuses on women and children. Colla is often asked to perform a black tie gala charity event in Arizona. For eight years, he hosted the "Children's Miracle Network Celebration" on TV for Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

Colla has hosted guest cooking at The Fretz Kitchen , a nationally syndicated cooking show. He has won several Emmy awards for his work during his career.

Colla moved to Arizona in 2009 to deliver morning and afternoon news on KNXV-TV in Phoenix. He left the channel to start his own real estate company; his last day at the station is December 4, 2014.
