In February 2004, Realogy Holdings (NYSE: RLGY), a real estate franchise and brokerage service provider, relocated, and real estate settlement, entered into a long-term strategic alliance with Sotheby's, an auction house operator. The agreement grants licenses to the name of Sotheby International Realty and the development of a full franchise system. Affiliates in the system are given to brokers and individuals who meet the qualifications of Realogy.
