Health Real Estate Capital , LLC ("HRE Capital") is an American company that provides consultancy and transaction oriented services to owners and operators of real estate health. The client base of the company includes healthcare providers (hospitals, health systems, doctors' practices, etc.) and investors/developers. HRE Capital services include monetization/disposition, increased debt and equity, compilation and structuring of joint ventures for independent and multi-asset portfolios. Over the past three years, the company has completed more than $ 2 billion in engagement in 18 states.

HRE Capital was founded in 2007 by E. Hunter Beebe and has four offices positioned throughout the United States. Before HRE Capital, Mr. Beebe spent six years with a boutique real estate investment bank and is a founding member of his real estate practice. Mr. Beebe started his career with Ernst & amp; Young National Capital Market Capital Group Kenneth Leventhal.
