George H. Ross (born January 6, 1928) is executive vice president and senior adviser to the Trump Organization. He is perhaps best known as one of Donald Trump's two advisers on the NBC reality television program The Apprentice ; Carolyn Kepcher is another. On the program, he monitors the progress of the contestants and helps Trump in determining who should be "fired."

Biography
Ross was born into a Jewish family in Brooklyn, New York and raised in the Bronx. His father died when he was 16 years old. Ross went to Stuyvesant High School and afterwards, he joined the US Army as a crypt analyst for a year and then lectured at Clemson University and Brooklyn College where he received a B.A. and then obtained a law degree from Brooklyn Law School. He was admitted to New York State in 1953. After he passed the exam he worked in the litigation department for Dreyer & amp; Traub. In 1954, he became an internal advisor to Goldman DeLorenzo (founded by Sol Goldman and Alex DiLorenzo). Between 2000 and 2005 Ross was on the supervisory board (Aufsichtsrat) of TD Trump Deutschland AG, planning to buy or build the Trump Tower in Germany.

Personal life
In 2004, Ross lived in Hewlett Harbor, and married Billie Ross; they have two children: Nancy and Stephanie. He is the Jewish faith. He enjoys tennis and golf, and teaches courses in negotiations and real estate deals at New York University. He is the author of two books, Trump For Real Estate Strategies and Trump Style Negotiations .
