Coleman Homes is a home construction company in Bakersfield, California and Las Vegas, Nevada, founded by Tom Coleman from 1972 to 2003, when they were acquired by Lennar's national home-building giant. They were Bakersfield's largest home builders from the mid-1980s to their acquisition by Lennar in 2003, building more than 7,500 homes in the company's lifetime. For what is considered a builder of production houses, Coleman Homes is known for adding additional features for little or no cost at the buyer's request. During their business years, they were somewhat famous in the community due to their fierce competition with their rival, Kyle Carter Homes, who also built a home in Bakersfield. Tom Coleman's son, Tom Coleman, Jr. revived the company's name in Boise, Idaho market shortly after the sale of his father's Bakersfield operations in the mid-2000s.

Coleman built various homes throughout the lifetime of the company. They are known to build a production house of as little as 1100 square feet to a 3500 square foot semi-indigenous house. This diversity enabled Coleman to attract vast buyers who helped them achieve the status of Bakersfield # 1 home builder in terms of annual sales from the late 1980s to 2003 when the company was sold. Coleman also has the distinction of building more homes in Bakersfield than any other single local builder.

In 2016, Coleman Homes of Idaho was acquired by Toll Brothers. Coleman Homes will now do business as "Coleman Homes, A Toll Brothers Company".
