Real estate mobbing , also known as mobbing properties, is the use of mobbing techniques to constructively or forcibly expel residents or legal owners from their homes. Mobbing real estate is a technique used by real estate speculators and is sometimes called "tenant relocation" which is sometimes subtle to move residents from dwellings or from the many desirable developers and speculators.
The United Nations recognizes the real estate movement as the cause of forced expulsion worldwide. Amnesty International considers real estate upheavals as a violation of human rights.
Mobbing real estate is recognized as a problem in Europe and particularly in Spain. This is related to real estate speculation and rapid gentrification.
