Four Seasons Hotel Houston is part of Toronto's Four Seasons luxury hotel and luxury suite. Four Seasons Hotel Houston also has an Italian restaurant, Quattro with Chef Maurizio Ferrarese. Four Seasons Hotel Houston is located in Downtown Houston. The hotel includes Four Seasons Place, a group of 64 apartment units (42 one-bedroom units, 21 units of two bedrooms, and 1 unit of three bedrooms). It is part of the Houston Center complex.

History
The Four Seasons Hotel Houston opened in 1982. It became the first AAA Five-Diamond hotel in town in 1996. In 2000, Crescent Real Estate Equities, owner of Houston Center, sold Four Seasons Hotel Houston to Maritz, Wolff & amp; Co., the hotel investment group, for $ 105 million.
In 2006, Institutional Investor placed the Four Seasons Hotel Houston 87th "Best Hotel in the World". The hotel currently has 404 guest rooms, including 12 suites, across 30 floors.
In 2013, Maritz, Wolff & amp; Co sold the property to Cascade Investment. Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, jointly owned by Cascade, Kingdom Holding Company and Triples Holdings, will continue to manage the hotel.

Four Seasons Hotel Houston has one of the city's premier restaurants, Quattro , featuring an Italian-style menu. The Four Star Car Restaurant offers four dining experiences: breakfast, lunch, dinner and antipasto bar. The Houston Center Club, located within walking distance and offers racquetball courts, basketball courts, indoor jogging tracks and a fully equipped gym, is free for hotel guests. Additional amenities include spa services, an outdoor pool, and a fitness facility.
Zoned School
Four Seasons Place apartments are categorized into schools in the Houston Independent School District. Citizens are categorized to Bruce Elementary School, Gregory Lincoln Education Center (Grades 6-8), and Davis High School.
In Spring 2011, Atherton Elementary School and E.O. The Smith Education Center is consolidated with the new K-5 campus at the Atherton site. As a result, the building was re-broadcast from Smith to Gregory Lincoln for high school level. As part of rezoning for the 2014-2015 school year, the tower will be re-broadcast from Bruce to Gregory-Lincoln K-8 for elementary school.
