Carleton H. Sheets (born August 25, 1939) is a prominent real estate investor and a writer famous for television commercials that market real estate business learning materials. Sheets have appeared on radio and television talk shows. His No Down Payment television program won many awards and was credited as the longest program of its kind for 25 years.

Sheets were born in Illinois and moved to Delaware, Ohio, where her father worked for Procter & amp; Gamble.
