David Parnes is a British-American real estate broker, investor and television personality working primarily in the Los Angeles luxury housing market. Since 2014 Parnes has starred in the Bravo reality TV show, Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.

Early life
Parnes was born in Hampstead, London. He graduated from the University of Manchester with a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in economics and politics.

Career
Parnes worked as a residential investment agent in the UK, first working at a hedge fund then representing a private portfolio of European real estate assets. He moved to the United States in 2009. Together with James Harris, he started real estate firm Bond Street Partners, focusing on the high-end residential market in Los Angeles, especially in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Hollywood Hills, Malibu, and Pacific Palisades. In 2013 they grossed about $120 million in sales, in 2015 and 2016 about $250 million, and in 2017 (as of the end of the third quarter) about $500 million.
Since 2014 Parnes has starred in the Bravo reality TV show, Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.
Parnes' clients have included Jared Leto, Nicolette Sheridan, Tyga, the Olsen twins, and Manny Mashouf. He has also represented buyers for the former residences of Michael Bay, Steven Levitan, and the Playboy Bunny Ranch.
Awards and nominations
The Hollywood Reporter named Parnes one of the top 25 Hollywood real estate agents in 2014, 2015 and 2016. He was named on the Wall Street Journal Real Trends list in 2015 and 2016, and was also named in the Variety Showbiz Real Estate Elite in 2015 and 2017.
Personal life
Parnes has one older brother, Michael. In October 2016, he married interior designer Adrian Abnosi.
