Christina Meursinge El Moussa (nÃÆ' Â © e Haack , born July 9, 1983) is an American real estate investor and a TV personality. She was with the star on Flip or Flop HGTV show with her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa. He has become successful in a real estate investment strategy called "flipping the house". Flip or Flop shows pairs up and down from their homes flipping businesses and pieces of their personal lives.

The former spouse manages a real estate agent, called Tarek and Christina: The El Moussa Group, in Orange County, CA, the area with one of the largest foreclosure rates in the country. El Moussas and their business partner, Pete De Best, bought their first investment house in Santa Ana for $ 115,000. After selling the property for a profit of $ 34,000, the trio split money and kept flipping houses, expanding their real estate investment business to Arizona and Nevada. Personal life

Christina and Tarek married in 2009. The couple filed for divorce in 2017 on the grounds of irreconcilable differences. They have two children together, daughter of Taylor Reese El Moussa (born 2010) and Brayden son James El Moussa (born 2015). He has a French bulldog named Cashie. She has a sister, Carly, who is ten years younger.

After filming season 1 of Flip Flop or Flop, she said she felt like a bad mother because she was not home enough. He changed their shooting schedule from 8:30 am - 30:30 to 10 am - 4:30 pm, to go home with their daughter again.

Pregnancy Problem

After finding Tarek suffering from Stage II thyroid cancer by 2013, doctors recommend radiation treatments. The couple decided to finance Tarek's sperm and try in vitro fertilization. The first in vitro failed. Christina suffered a miscarriage in the second experiment. The couple changed their doctors and their approach to conception. She says she has to be super tight staying in bed for a whole week. He can not walk around and can not lift anything for a gallon of milk for 13 weeks. The couple planned it during the Christmas break so Christina was not working to help ensure the third attempt was successful.

She was pregnant in 2015 but still can not take her daughter during the first trimester. The couple welcomed their son on August 20, 2015.

Separation

After having her second baby, Christina went back to work at Flip or Flop within four weeks to keep up with their busy schedules. Looking back she says she needs more time to say that four weeks is too soon for her. He began to feel overwhelmed and the tension between the spouses grew higher. "We can not communicate properly anymore," he said. "To the point where we did not even drive to put together."

In May 2016, the couple split up after an incident at their home in Southern California. According to Yorba Linda police report, Christina called the police, believing Tarek committed suicide after she left their home with a gun following a fierce fight. Tarek was found by the police, and declared that he never committed suicide and only went to climb, take weapons to protect himself from beasts.

Following the incident, Christina stated that "being separated becomes healthier for both of us". Tarek and Christina filed for divorce in 2017. The couple continues to accompany their children. The divorce was completed in January 2018.
